Annual Report

The annual report contains statistics about the Appellate court, Trial court and Probation clients. 

Smart Act Reports

The Smart Act report is the performance plan and is developed per C.R.S. 2-7-205

The eviction dashboard shows statistics regarding eviction cases filed in state court and Denver County Courts. 

Text Reminder

The text reminder shows statistics surrounding the text reminder program in criminal cases.

Case & Parties w/out Attorney Representation

This report shows statistics around the number of cases with an attorney representing a party.

Automatic Conviction Sealing

This report details to the total cases sealed per 13-3-117. This link will take your to the General Assembly website. 

Financial Services

Restitution Collections

Access restitution assessed and collected in the annual report. 

Probation

The Division of Probation Services can fulfill data requests regarding probation clients such as: Total active clients, terminated clients, recidivism rates etc. For questions related to probation data, please contact probationdatarequests@judicial.state.co.us 

Recidivism Study

A probation client recidivates when they have been released from probation and pick up a new deferred agreement, adjudication, or conviction for a felony or misdemeanor offense.

Lifetime Sex Offender Supervision

Probation prepares the Lifetime Sex Offender Supervision annual repot along with the Department of Corrections. 

SVP (Sexually Violent Predators)

Probation provides yearly statistics to the Department of Corrections regarding sexually violent predators.
